DENNIS J. SULLIVAN
Dennis Sullivan is a shareholder with Stepp & Sullivan, P.C. in Houston. His trial practice has an emphasis in civil litigation, including representation of companies and individuals in ownership and property division contests and of individuals injured by the negligence of others, including catastrophic injuries.
Dennis has litigated or tried cases in all four federal districts of Texas, as well as federal and state courts in Texas, California, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, California, Florida, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Illinois. He has also successfully represented clients before administrative offices and courts and administrative appeal boards. He has successfully represented clients on numerous occasions before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Dennis has been dedicated to assisting his clients since 1992, after having served as a briefing attorney to the Sixth Court of Appeals-Texas. He has over 25 years of experience in cases involving civil litigation matters, including corporate and individual ownership and property division disputes, contractual disputes, will disputes and estate allocation disagreements, personal injuries, nursing home neglect matters, and Jones Act, offshore injuries, longshoreman injuries, as well as catastrophic injuries resulting from aviation accidents, trucking accidents, and other personal injury and death matters.
